Local customers can select the free 'Pick Up in Kingston' option during checkout and collect their piece(s) 1 - 14 business days after purchase. A representative will reach out to you to connect on a date, time, and address.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by the postal service after we drop off packages. Please make sure you understand this before placing orders.

Incorrect address on order

If you have put the incorrect address on the order, please get in touch with us within 8 hours after placing your order.

We cannot change your shipping address after packages are dropped off at the post office.
